Step-by-Step Guide: Adding Merge Fields

  1. Click inside the text box where you want to add the merge field.

  2. Put the cursor where it should go.

  3. Select the Merge Fields drop-down.

  4. From the drop-down menu, select the merge field you want to use.

  5. The merge field text will be replaced by the corresponding data from your data source.

  6. You can add as many merge fields as you would like.
