Adding Recipients to Address Book with the Grid

Follow these steps to enter recipients using the grid:

  1. In the left navigation pane, go to Contacts and select Address Book.

  2. Click Import and it will show like an Excel spreadsheet.

  3. Fill in the fields as needed, especially the required fields:

    • First name

    • Last name

    • Address

    • City

    • State

    • Zip code

  4. Select a cell and paste the information.

  5. You can paste multiple fields or rows, as long as they are in the same format as the grid (which is the same format as the Sample CSV file).

  6. You can also double click into a cell and type the information.

  7. After entering all the information, click Submit.
